Broken down on the Paris périphérique?
The périphérique, Paris's ring road, has almost no hard shoulder along its entire length. If you stop there, get out on the passenger side, put on a hi-vis vest, and get behind the barrier before calling anyone. I have breakdown cover through my rental company. Why would I call you?
Call your rental company first if you have genuine cover in place. If it doesn't apply, is slow to respond, or you'd rather deal with someone local, contact us directly.
How long will you take to arrive?
In urgent cases, we aim for 30 minutes. Call to confirm timing for your exact location.
Do you speak English?
You can call or message us in English. The driver sent to you may be more comfortable in French, but the essentials, location, vehicle, and what's happened, get through either way.
My rental car has been towed away, can you help?
That's a different situation from a breakdown. See our impound & blocked parking help page for what that process actually involves.
I'm not sure exactly where I am, is that a problem?
No. A rough landmark is enough to start with, a street, a périphérique exit, a shop you can see. We narrow it down from there, or you can share your live location with us on WhatsApp.
Do you handle every make and type of vehicle?
The network covers cars and light vehicles of any make, petrol, diesel, hybrid or electric. Tell us the model when you call so we send a driver equipped for it.
I'd rather message than call, is that possible?
Yes, WhatsApp works just as well as a call to get a driver moving. The quick-request form near the top of the page does the same thing: it prepares a message with your details and opens it straight in WhatsApp.
