The rules that apply to using this site and the connection service.

1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the website depannageplusvite.fr and the connection service offered by Dépannage Plus Vite. By using the site or requesting a job, you accept them.
2. The service
Dépannage Plus Vite connects drivers with a network of vetted breakdown and towing drivers in Paris and the Île-de-France region. The jobs offered are roadside assistance, towing, accident recovery, help with blocked parking or underground car parks, and vehicle transport.
Jobs are carried out by the network's drivers. Releasing a vehicle from a municipal pound is handled by the pound itself: we do not manage that administrative process, but we can transport the vehicle once it has been released to you.
3. Area and availability
The service covers Paris and the Île-de-France region, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In urgent cases, the target is to be with you within 30 minutes; call us to confirm for your area.
4. Requesting a job
You can reach us by phone, by WhatsApp, or with the "Quick request" form, which prepares a WhatsApp message. To arrange the job, give your location, vehicle type and the nature of the problem accurately.
Your safety comes first: if there is danger or anyone is hurt, call 112 first. The advice published on this site is for information only and does not replace the emergency services or professional advice.
5. Prices
This site publishes no prices. Any question about the price of a job is settled directly with the provider concerned.
6. Liability
Each network driver is responsible for the jobs they carry out. Within the limits allowed by law, we are not liable for interruptions to the site, for input errors on your part, or for delays caused by outside circumstances (traffic, weather, impossible access). These limits do not affect the rights the law gives to consumers.
7. Intellectual property
The text, layout and graphics of this site are protected. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.
8. Personal data
How your data is handled is described in our privacy policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, you can contact us first to find an amicable solution. Consumers have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve a dispute with a business.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, at the date shown at the top.
